Return Policy

We accept returns within 21 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To start a return, email us at marketing@niceashtx.com — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

We’re not responsible for shipping issues due to address errors or missed deliveries. If your item arrives damaged, email us photos immediately so we can file begin a claim.
